VV Interior Home Editorial for Annabelle Magazine

This shoot with Valeria Viollaz for VV Interior Home was about more than documenting objects. It was about listening to materials, light, and the quiet dialogue between marble, textile, jewellery, books, and space. In her perspective, every piece carries memory — and my role behind the camera was to notice what was already there, rather than add too much.

We photographed in Lucerne, surrounded by objects chosen with intention: a Mario Bellini Colonnato II table, antique textiles by Muta Lux, a signed Joseph Beuys catalogue, and jewellery by Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen in collaboration with Seiler Juwelier Basel. What stayed with me most was the stillness of the morning — the way the sunlight moved across the stone, creating shadows that felt almost sculptural.

I love working on projects like this, where photography becomes a way of preserving atmosphere. The details were delicate, but the presence of the materials was strong. It was a quiet reminder that meaningful imagery often happens when you allow things to speak for themselves.
